The eyes and the fangs, close upA spider costume built as a real romper. The body is smooth black velour with a zip running from the neck to the crotch and feet enclosed at the ends of the legs. Six stuffed legs sit along the sides on thin black elastic straps, three to each side, and the hood is the spider's head: two large cartoon eyes on the crown, two white fangs hanging over the brim. Three sizes, 3–6M to 9–12M, in black.

The extra legs are filled rather than flat, so they hold their shape to the side instead of hanging down the body, and the outline reads as a spider from across the room.

Two white ovals with big black pupils are applied to the top of the hood, and two curved white fangs are stitched to the brim so they fall over the forehead.

57 cm on the smallest size and 64 cm on the largest, which means nothing fastens behind the back and nothing has to be pulled over the head.

Polyester velour with a short, flat, faintly shiny pile — the weight of a winter romper rather than the thin shell most baby costumes are cut from.

Polyester velour, regular thickness. The pile is short, flat and faintly shiny, so it behaves like velvet rather than like a teddy fleece. The six legs are filled and hang from thin black elastic straps; the hood, the eyes and the fangs are stitched to the suit.
For washing, go by the care label stitched inside. The spec sheet we were sent states no temperature and no symbols, and we are not going to print a figure the label might contradict. Ask us first and we will look at the label on your behalf.
Every order leaves us inside 1–3 business days. Tracked delivery then runs 8–15 business days. There is no shipping charge on this order.
Returns stay open for 30 days from the day it arrives. Send it back unworn, tagged and in the packaging it came in, and the label is ours to pay for.

Size & fit
Every number here comes off the empty garment, measured flat on a table — none of it describes baby. Length is the maker's romper length, and chest is the full circumference, so there is nothing to double. Hip reads 70, 73 and 76 cm and shoulder width 21, 22 and 23 cm, size by size.
We stock these three sizes and no others. Measure a romper that fits today and hold it against the Length column; a tape measure beats an age on a label. Between two sizes, take the larger one — velour has no stretch to give, and the elasticated cuff gathers a long sleeve back but cannot lengthen a short one.

Worth knowing first
We stock 3–6M, 6–9M and 9–12M. Laid flat, the suit measures 55, 60 and 65 cm long and 60, 63 and 66 cm round the chest. Measure a romper that already fits and compare it with those, rather than going by age alone. Between two sizes, take the larger.
Neither exactly: it is a polyester velour. The pile is short, flat and faintly shiny, so it sits closer to velvet than to a teddy fleece — no curls, no loops and nothing to bobble. The six legs are faced in the same fabric.
A zip, running from the neck right down to the crotch: 57 cm on the smallest size and 64 cm on the largest. Nothing fastens at the back, and there are no studs to line up in the dark.
Go by the care label inside the suit, which is the only instruction that counts. The spec sheet sent to us carries no care information at all, and we would rather point you at the label than print a number we cannot stand behind. Ask us and we will photograph it before you order.
We dispatch in 1–3 business days, and the tracked leg runs a further 8–15 business days. Count back from the date you need it and leave that much room. We publish no Halloween cut-off, because a delivery window is a range rather than a promise. Delivery covers most European countries and North America, duties added at checkout, and the tracking number is emailed on the day of dispatch.
